Refund Policy
Needs your decision
This page cannot be finished without you. Below is a workable default — tell me what you are willing to commit to and I will rewrite it to match. It should be something you are comfortable honouring every time, because it is binding.
Before work starts
If you change your mind before your CV has been started, contact us and we will refund you in full.
Once work has started
partial refund, revision only, or no refund?
After delivery
If the delivered CV contains factual errors, or does not match what was ordered, tell us and we will correct it at no charge. A revision round is included with every order.
We do not refund on the basis of a recruitment outcome. Not being invited to an interview, or not being hired, is not grounds for a refund — this service prepares a document and never promised an outcome. This is stated plainly before you pay.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned through Ziina to the card or wallet you paid with. Ziina normally takes a few working days.
