What we collect

When you place an order we collect your full name, email address, country of residence, the position and airlines you are applying for, an optional WhatsApp number, any notes you send, and the CV document you upload.

What we do with it

We use it for one purpose: preparing and delivering your CV, and contacting you about your order. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing.

How your CV is stored

• Uploaded documents are stored privately with no public address.
• Files are saved under a random identifier — your name and order number never appear in the stored path.
• Downloads happen through short-lived links that stop working after they expire.
• Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit.

How long we keep it

Your original CV is permanently deleted how many days after delivery? Order records are kept for accounting purposes.

Payment information

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider, Ziina, on their own secure page.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it early, by emailing us.
